Spaghetti al Gamberetti Sesame by Amore

Serves 4

Preparation:

Cook spaghetti in boiling water.

Make the sauce by mixing together all of the ingredients in a food processer.

Roll prawns in seasoned flour, then egg and coat with sesame seeds.

Deep fry prawns, and keep warm to one side. Warm the sauce, add spaghetti and keep warm.

Serve spaghetti in a pasta bowl, top with fried prawns and decorate with cherry tomatoes.

Sauce:

Preparation:

Fry the chicken with the oil in a wok then set aside. Now fry the garlic, onion, peppers and mushrooms until gold-en and then add the chicken, coconut milk, red curry and fish sauce. Stir in the salt and sugar and simmer for 5 min. Add the lemon juice before serving.

Ingredients:

• 500g sliced chicken breast • 100g mushrooms • 50g red and green peppers • 50g onion • 20g red Thai curry • 4 chopped cloves of garlic

• 2 tbsp of fish sauce • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 200ml coconut milk • 1 tsp of salt • 2 tsp of sugar • 2 tbsp of oil
