Whip together sugar and eggs with an electric whisk until light and fluffy. Add mascarpone cheese.
Whip cream until it forms soft peaks. Add cream to mascarpone and egg mixture. Add Sambuca.
Soak lady fingers in coffee.
Make layers with the mascarpone mixture and lady fin-gers.
Finish with mascarpone mixture. Decorate with cocoa powder.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.

50ml fresh cream 75g castor sugar 125g mascarpone cheese 3 egg yolks 25ml Sambuca
10g coffee (dissolved in hot water)
200g lady fingers (savoiardi vicenzovo)
